It feels like we have the biggest back yard EVER and they love to go roll down the hills after dinner each night, an advantage to being in the mountains. We have enjoyed swimming, singing and dancing at club, the incredible playground that they have here for the kids and mostly watching kids come to know Christ in a real genuine way.
MaryCate and Maggie seem to love it here and gets me excited about doing assignments in the future when they can do more. Although Chris has been busy we still do get to see him in passing which is a lot more fun than not seeing him at all. All in all it is a great way to escape the world and live for a while with very little technology and time to do the things we get caught up with in our day to day lives at home.
I just lowered the price on our home in Fort Myers today and we continue to pray that the right buyer would come along soon. We have found a GREAT home in Bradenton and if the pieces fall into place we are hoping to buy it and be in soon. It is right across the street from St. Stephens which is where Chris will be working. It will actually be directly across the street from the new gym the school is planning to build in hopefully the next three years, which is ideal if I want to run over to a basketball game or bring him lunch on occasion. Again this is going to be tough with still owning our home in Fort Myers, but we will do all we can to make it work and if it doesn't, hope and pray another one comes along.
That's about all the news for now. I am off to read a bit and enjoy the quiet while the girls are napping!
